Return Policy

Our goal is that you are completely satisfied with your purchase. If for any reason you are not, simply return your purchase in its original packaging with your sales receipt within 60 days of purchase for a refund or exchange. All items must be returned in reasonable condition and are subject to inspection upon return.

Special Orders

Orders for special items, not normally carried back in stock, cannot be cancelled without approval from D&R. Our terms are based upon the terms we receive from the manufacturer; we cannot guarantee specific delivery dates on special orders. All returns for special orders are subject to restocking fees as determined by the manufacturer. Freight will not be refunded unless the product was damaged during delivery or the wrong product was shipped.

Defective Returns

Items returned defective after the manufacturers exchange period must be accompanied by the original sales receipt. The item will then be sent to the manufacturer for inspection. The manufacturer will determine the amount of refund or exchange on the item. D&R cannot guarantee date of manufacturer response.

Custom Tooling

Custom tooling can be cancelled, but there will be a cancellation charge based on the status of the order at the time of cancellation.
